Aberystwyth to Nottingham train fare?

hi can anyone tell me the cheapest train fare from aberystwyth to nottingham, travelling on tues 11th march and returning on fri 14th march. Is it cheaper to buy singles or buying split tickets ie from aber to birmingham - then birmingham to nottingham?
