Ive been having a look through some of they posts but there are so so many. So ive been told to phone up BT so they can connect the phone line, im guessing this will cost me £125 from looking at other posts!! Will they just put me on a deal or do I pick one or what?? You must excuse me, Im new to all this!! I really want free evening and weekend calls.

Thanks in advance :p

Yes if its a new build never had a BT line before their will be a connection fee normally £125 with a 12 month contract, but if you push them you can get it reduced to half price if you sign an 18 month contract.

You can pick a call package of your choice including the free evening and weekend call bundle 12 month rolling contract.

You can also pay the £125 in four instalments plus an admin fee if you ask.

Thank you jhp. So should I just go onto the website, find the telephone number and phone and tell them I want free evening and weekend calls? Also, I have a wireless laptop, will I still need to gt broadband or is a router enough??? Maybe I should ask this in the techie board!! LOL:o

Just call them on Freephone 0808 100 7722 tell them what you want and they will sort it.

You will need to get an ISP to provide you with Broadband down your new line, and your need a wireless router to use your laptop.Visit : http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadband#package
Scroll down to Standalone package( Unlimited downloads inc wireless set up)
