I would like to replace all the internal doors in my house with oak doors rather than coloured pine. Can anyone tell me the best place to get these at a reasonable price please?

Solid Oak doors are very expensive, minimum 100 each door internally, which can go up and up according to mouldings, fitting etc required.
Probably the cheapest is to get them second hand from architectural reclamation yards. There are many around, but it can be a long hunt to find them if youwant multiples, so be prepared.
Other option is to find a local joiner who can make the doors for you.0 -
You may be able to find what you want on ebay. Look in the Home and Garden section.

Hi Middlers,
I'm going to move your thread over to the In My Home board, where you may get more replies.

Hi Middlers ,
Your best bet is http://www.xljoinery.com/body.php?&nav=3. They offer 1st class quality at sensible prices and will have a stockist in your area . If in doubt share your prices on here and I`ll let you know if they are in fact a real `moneysaver` !I`m now officially too old to die young0
