Parcel Force

I arranged collection of a Parcel via their website and paid in full for collection on Thu. They failed to turn up. I called on Friday as I was fuming after speaking to a number of people and sending various emails I got a call from the Supervisor who confirmed that the collection had been rearranged and the service will be upgraded to Saturday delivery as they did not collect on Thu.

Guess what? They did not turn up on Friday either. It is Monday now and the parcel is sitting here.

When I sent an email complaining all I got was an email from "worldpay" refunding the cost.

I think this is an insult.

What should I do? Does anyone have an email address of an excutive etc?
