Savings interest rates in Spain

Hi, can anyone help with this conundrum? ???
We moved money from a high interest account out to Spain to purchase a house. Unfortunately the purchase fell through. Now, we don't really want to move the money back to the UK as we hope to find another house.
The interest on the account it's in is negligible, the "deposit" account rate is not much better.
Does anyone know of somewhere I could move the money to get some "decent" interest while we house hunt? :-/
Thanks

Your message is a bit difficult to understand in parts; what's "quot".
Anyway, I used to use a forum where you could ask any questions about living in Spain and the expats would tell you anything you wanted to know. I will have a look in my records and if I find the link I will let you know. It was a very interesting site. They talked about the Spanish health service etc.
I imagine that Spanish banks have competitive rates on special accounts as ours do.0 -

Looks like the best rates are with the banks which have Internet accounts - same as here really. Hopes this helps.0 -
