i put an order in 4 a dvd with them on 11th feb. by 22nd feb it hadnt arrived so i emailed em n they told me 'we cant find it, its from our warehouse stock, sorry but we have cancelled the order...' i thought fairy snuff n 4got about it. til last night when i got despatch email from them. so i emailed em last night telling them that it was cancelled over a week ago, and they say ok, return it to us when it arrives..... at my own cost. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:


anybody any idea where i stand on this please?
