Added PPI without asking!

A girl at work got a call when she was at home and they offered PPI. She said no and they said we'll just send something in the post for you. They instead added it and she only just realised!
She phoned up to cancel it and was told it has been on there for a while but they can only refund last months! But will cancel it now!
Apart from ordering copy statements is there a quicker route to getting her money back??
This is Lloyds TSB credit card btw
