Is anyone else having problems with the AmEx site?

I haven't been able to access my AmEx account online for over 4 weeks now and its getting very frustrating.
I've just been on the phone to them AGAIN and they acknowledge there is a gremlin in their system but they can't tell me when it's going to be resolved.
I can log in, and can see every aspect of the website APART from My Account which is what I need to see :mad:
My AmEx card is a Nectar one, I only got it to collect extra Nectar points (I saved them up to use at Xmas, and my big Xmas shop didnt cost me a penny :T :j :T :j ) so I have just applied for a Sainsburys MasterCard and when that comes I'm going to tell AmEx to shove their card where the sun doesnt shine!
I did get the AmEx card via a cashback site, so with that and the Nectar points I've done quite well from it, but now the time has come to kiss it goodbye!!!

Yes - I'm having trouble too.
I have a corporate Amex card that needs paying this week and I can access my account but not any transactions.

Ooh thank you! I'm so pleased its not just me. They send me an email each week to tell me what my balance is but I can't check the transactions.
I'm set up for paperless billing as well and can't even access the part of my account to change to getting a bill by post! GRRRR!! :mad: :mad: :mad:We’ve had to remove your signature. Had a problem last week but have just tried it now and it is working. Amex Platinum CC.0
