Help With Council Tax Re-Banding

in Cutting tax
Greetings,
In a bit of a dilemma whether to appeal against my council tax banding.
Our house is 4 years old and we moved in from new, paying £122500 in February 2004.
We are currently in Band C.
There are 6 houses in our row that are the same and are all in Band C.
If you do the house valuation thingy, our house should be in Band B.
The house opposite is of different design but still 3 bedrooms yet is in Band B. If you do the figures again, their valuation in 1991 is only a few thousand shy of ours.
Shall I go for it?
