Need pattern to make, sew, baby sling/carrier

Hi out there can any one help me find a pattern for a baby sling needs to be adjustable due to height difference in parents to be. Not sure if I like ring style but open to suggestions. I am an experienced sewer so that is not an issue. I don't mind paying for a pattern but can't decide which pattern.

Ring slings are my favourite as they're so easy to use, there are some patterns here: http://www.slingrings.com/patterns.php just make sure the rings are non-welded. Padded might be best for a newborn if the sling will be used for feeding.

Have a look at this, if there is a group in your area you can get loads of ideas and most groups have a sling library so you can try different types. I have three- a wrap, a ring sling and a fleece pouch. I am currently in the lookout for a mei tai (also known as ABC). All suit different occasions/uses/carries!
