Rough estimate for small roof repair
skypie
I have 2 small leaks coming in from around 2 vertical pipes in my roof. They just need to have something sealed around them to stop the rain coming in (new lead?). Its a two story house but I cant imagine scaffolding would be needed for such a small job.
What figure should I be looking at?
