They've actually done something that has impressed me.

Yesterday i changed my tv and when i connected the box, the colour kept going to black/white for a few secs, every 10 mins or so. I tried everything myself to try and get it to work.

In the end rang them up, got the usual speal, have you made sure scart socket is ok, we'll disconnect and reconnect the service, please turn off the box for 10mins. Since nothing worked they said send they'd have to send someone out and could get someone out to me tomorrow (today) in the morning.

Sure i thought, they won't turn up or will be late. OH was at home today and they arrived at 11am, tried to fix it, couldn't, so gave us a new box and it works.

I am so surprised to have something sorted out soooo quickly, i have so many problems with everything else, but this part, the techie people, i can't fault :j
