Hey guys.Has anyone been to the above and got any tips etc of nice places to eat maybe and stuff like that?
We booked back in January a family holiday of 17 people kids and adults(most of my family) staying in a villa here.Been to Costa Brava twice before staying at the Golden Taurus in Pineda De Mar so quite a bit further south so never been that far north before either.
What's the water park like in Roses?
We are going beginning of August.Would you think we'll need air con as it's an option to hire portable ones at the villa which we have to do before hand but the owner assures me they have a breeze there and we probably won't need them?
I have to query this though as even here sometimes in the summer it's hot and warm of a night and would be nice to have air con.
Thanks

i would recommend aircon unless you are happy to sleep with any shutters open, as it will be hot at this time of year
can't recommend much in thisresort itself, rosesismorelively and family orientated and thereare some excellent resturants throughout l'escala in various prices. cadaques is beautiful and a visit or two to pau is a must
if your new to this area remember that many places speak catalan rather than the more widely used spanish (castilian (sp))
you will have a fabulous time and make use of the public transport to some of my favourite plces like caella de palafrugell, llfranc and san feliux
have fun0
