Does anyone have any experiences of using these companies?

I know they offer around 20% less than market value ( is this true market value ) but anyones opinion/experience would be great!!

Thanks in advance

Don't do it. if you need financial help speak to an expert - these companies are bad news

It means, I am interested in keeping an eye on property in that area in case the perfect one comes up at the right price.

But I've not yet seen one I like yet.

Not overly bothered about buying, not expecting to buy for 2-4 years... but watching/looking just in case.

But the sort of house I am after is rarely even built, never mind for sale.

This may just be the one. it is very unusual, 5/6 bedroom detached 9 olld pub ) with own provate courtyard and carp pond in a seaside town centre!!

Not 100% but close. Dont wanna go into personal details but have looked at all the options and selling is the only one.

yeah its been dual agency for a few months. Sold a few times but fallen through, Its an unusual propery and at the end of a terreced street in a town centre so its very specific.

The interest has been like buses...... but nothing actually signed and sealed!

the company called a quick sale have got back in touch with me today... it was a few hours ago but i've only now come out of shock.

My house is on the market for 400k, and has sold twice for asking price but has fallen through...

After a few hours of his own internet research, the investor has deemed that the house is only worth £290k, meaning they will only offer me £220k for a house worth £400k!!!! So much for their advert stating they pay between 75% and 905 of market value.... more lke 55%

Yes i need a quick sale, but not like that. i feel sorry for the guys who think this is their only option.

I have no idea how they are still in business as another company ( again without viewing the property ) have come up with a figure of £280k they will pay.....

    sure needs regulating!!!

so think will drop the house by 10% with the EA and push for a big advert in this weeks paper...

    any other sugestions??

    Ta x
