didnt mean to spook anyone, doin a remorgage an my advisor phoned today an said he needed to apply for the rate as it was goin up from midnight.
Exactly the same happened to me a couple of weeks ago ...and guess what, - rates had actually dropped next day ... FA now says I am not eligible for this drop as the new rate is for branch customers only. That confuses me, I had an impression that FA have better rates than when contacting bank directly .. any comments ?0 -
