Looks like they're not there on the Focus site any longer. I ordered mine on Saturday and not come yet...I wait with baited breath...I hope it's not a refurb, I certainly don't remember it saying anything about that in the description?!

After speaking to Focus customer services, these are supposed to be brand new so I managed to exchange it for a new one at my local Focus.

Wow - just came this morning - have just finished doing the white (i didn't chose it, was here when I moved in - aghhhh!!) kitchen floor and it is indeed sparkling for the first time since we arrived in Jan this year. Fabulous purchse - highly recommended.

The only thing I would say is that it is a bit leaky when you first fill it up...followed instructions, but i wonder if it is better not to fill it up to max (anyone else had this problem). Also, careful when you take it to empty...some of the dirty water came out on my cream carpet (again not my choice!) as i carried it downstairs...quick where's the 1001??!!

I took my first leaky one back, and the 2nd was OK - no leaks at all. Both seemed to be brand new out of box!

I got one of these and told my friend who ordered too - she was sent a much better vax, obviously in error - now my question is this - I reckon legally she has to tell them and it's up to them to collect it or it's hers after a certain period ( sure I read that somewhere).
My friend reckons she might just keep quiet and hang onto it - does anyone know the real answer as to what to do? I'm too honest I'm afraid - couldn't just keep it but each to their own.....

Your friend should just assume that Focus were excercising their option to supply a higher specification model at no extra cost.

MSE Rule:

If they send you the wrong item and it's worth less, complain like hell.
If they send you the wrong item and it's worth more, keep your gob shut!.

If you want to keep it, keep it.
If you don't....eBay's that way
