er, have you tried contacting the airline whose miles you're tying to buy?

You can buy a limited amount of BA miles from BA each year, but I'm not sure how many other airlines offer this facility.

If you shop with tesco, your club card pionts can be converted into either air miles or ba miles, much better than spending them in tescos.
