Getting nowhere with fast...damn Zurich

Hope that someone can offer any advise on a little issue I have with Zurich home insurance.
Back last October I had a leak on my boiler which caused the living room ceiling to fall (black mortar....nice). Called Zurich who arranged for a loss adjustor to call and make an assesment, all was going well until they recomended a company to carry out all building repairs etc.
To cut a very long and very boring story short, we have a room that has been decorated to a sub standard level, both the company who carried out the work and the loss adjustor agree that most work needs to be done again but I do not agree to their terms, the ceiling that was put up is dipping and the plater coving has dropped approx 5 mm, the walls are not great but no instruction was given to (use off a builders techincal term here) "make good" was given.
The loss adjustor has advised me that she will contact zurich and ask a complaint manager to call me back.
Can anyone let me know who the ombudsman for home insurance is as I feel that this is the way it will go.
Any other advise would be appreciated.

The Financial Ombudsman Service. However, you cannot go to the FOS without exhausting the Zurich complaints process first. If you get nowhere with Zurich they will issue a deadlock or final response letter telling you thatif you disagree with their decision that you can go to the FOS. They must provide a brochure at that point explaining how to do that if you wish.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
