hmmm, my initial though twas providing you get the bank to cancel then ok, but......

There are many many threads on here recently re cc's putting interest rates up at the drop of a hat. you'd need to make sure it was a life of balance interest rate and that t wasn't going to change. if not, don't do it. does that make sense?

Yes that does make sence thanks. I am hoping to get it paid off in a year, I have already got it down to £3800 this month so I'm thinking to pay off in a year with 0 interest it would cost me 316 a month which I could manage, but with back currenly charging me £50 a month I am going to struggle. I have seen a card with 24 months interest rate of 2.9% and surely when you take it out its a contract therefor they cannot change the rate? I suppose it would be a case of reading the contract being signing anything!.

yes they can and do change the rate hon, virgin from 19% to 31.9% the other week on a thread, MBNA from low to stupid to if i recall. just check it is a life of balance rate thats all, and if you do make sure you get the bank to remove the OD facility. good luck!

For maternity clothes look here http://www.nctpregnancyandbabycare.com/home to see if there are nay NCT Nearly New Sales nearby. Bradford-on-Avon normally does a good one as you can imagine ;)

You live in roughly the same area as me (I'm in Somerset). What about buying Longleat passprts with your Tesco clubcards & then using them to go back loads through the summer? We normally do just the safari & walk around, then another day the Boat & then yet another Pets Corner & the train etc, etc.

I'm going to use my Tesco vouchers towards a years English Hertiage membership as there's loads going on in this area for kids (Dorest too) and the castles around here are beautiful so would be great for a walk about & explore maybe???

    Congrats on the pregnancy :)
