on the Internet Saver Issue 2 .
Reduced 02.03.08 from 6.40% to 6.15% .
Even though their website says it's still 6.40% the rate guide at https://savings.bradford-bingley.co.uk/bradfordbingleynet/related/rates.asp says otherwise .
Bummer :-(

Last time they reduced the rate on the issue 1 when they launched the issue 2. But it was a simple process to apply for the issue 2 and then move the balance from the issue 1 to the issue 2 - it automatically shows as a nominated account for transfers. I moved the full balance from the issue1 and it automatically closed it - very simple process. If you apply for a new issue online, tell them you'll send a cheque for £1 to get the account opened, you never need to send this cheque though. Wait 48 hours then you can transfer the balance. I try and avoid end of weeks for transfers so I'm not losing money during the non-working days."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0
