i had my toshiba laptop (satellite 2430-402) for just over 2 years with no problems but recently it started behaving strangely...if im surfing the net or using any other application i lose control of the computer and i can see wizards opening and closing and the pointer moving without me touching any thing and during that time none of the keyboard keys respond to my commands...this is hapenning more frequently now to the stage that i cant do anything with the computer...if im typing anything it will (a password in a website) it will stop typing after one letter and it will start typing strange language and it will take few minutes before i regain control of the computer...i tried to reformat the laptop and that did not help...im using antivirus and firewall. I went to pc world and they said that they will charge me £70 per hour just to diagnose the problem and then they will send the laptop away for repair and that will be at an extra cost....can any one please suggest a solution for this and if not can i get it repaired at a cheaper rate than pc world rib-off rates...thnax

If you really want to spend money to get it fixed DON'T go to PC World, go to some of the the local computer shops in your area. You will find that they will charge you about £25-30 for looking at it and fixing it.Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.0
