Fire, claims enquiry

Hi, last night out dogs kennel set on fire it is situated down the side of our house and with the wind the whole fence between us & our detached neighbour caught fire, our house was ok but the heat smashed her window and melted her downstairs back door & frame. Called the fire brigade who were great and they said it was probably a fag thrown down there by some1 walking past.
I have just changed my policy to Natwest on 12th Feb, i havent even made a payment yet but have my policy etc, i've tried ringing them but they are shut, typical.
Would we be able to claim for a new kennel? we dont have any receipts for the old one (now cinders)
Will the neighbour claim on her insurance or can she claim on ours? I dont mind if she does.
How does claiming on the fence between our properties work?

Yes you would be able to claim- dont overestimate it though.
She would have to claim on her own insuruance.
It would depend on who owns it. You insurance company would (should) only deal with what belongs to you, anything else is for the neighbour to deal with.0
