    • Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!

Sorted under the stairs so I could store various board games there
Emptied out sideboard - need to get rid of it as it takes up a lot of space in the small dining room.
Tried unblocking sink/loo in bathroom, but gave up and phoned for plumber to come.
    WD x 2
    TD x 2
    Bread x 2 rising
Found out where DD1 had left her expensive (£27) swimming costume on Friday and picked it up. She would have had to buy her own if I couldn't find it - am I too mean?

Now going to sit down with a coffee and something to eat in front of Doctors.

Have had a new burst of enthusiasm as it's the beginning of the week. Thanks to flying for the past two weeks and trying not to let things get too untidy during the week (not allowing hotspots to appear) the house is looking OK these days.

Hi, there! I'd forgotten how well this Flylady thread works, so  to you all :A

    (((((Nicki)))))

I've peeled so many HG parsnips that my hands have turned orange  Just having some LO cheesy pasta bake, then off to the bank to pay in money and PO to get some Euro. This is what I've do so far today:

Dailies – chooks, laundry - done, wash pots – mainly done (baking tins still to do)
    Ironing - done
Portion and freeze pizzas - done
    Fill 2 log baskets- done
Parnips – industrial quantities have been peeled. Will blanche and freeze them after lunch.
Make game stock from last night’s carcases – it’s in the Rayburn
Batteries for DD’s camera and my MP3 - charging
Download photos from my camera – done
Photograph and list items for uploading to eBay on Thursday – photos done

    Catch you later, Penny. x

:hello: Penelope Penguin, Denise NZ, Nikki - good to see you back, and hello to all the newbies.

I have 'wasted' the day so far - went to a garden centre to pick something up for my dad this morning (and bought a magnolia heaven scent for me :j ), then went to boring tescos. Can't get myself off the chair now - very cold, sleet and hailstones so far this afternoon.

Spent Saturday gardening, and we went out all day yesterday.

Have to collect ds1 shortly then I will do a HHC from 3.30-4 if anyone is up for it? Must do a HHI tonight as well.

Pigpen - that bruise has reminded me of something horrible I used to do when I was a kid. If I wanted to get someone into trouble at school, I used to be able to make fantastic fake bruises with wax crayons "Miss, look what ..... has done" Aren't kids creative when they're being vindictive likkle b***ds :D (tho' I'm sure yours is real Mistress Piggypen she says with one eye out for a flying fluffy mule )

Anyone for a :coffee:? Kettle's on
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

Time's up for now. Not tackled hall yet - lounge took long enough! Will do the hall after school but shouldn't take too long.

Here's what I've done so far:

Meddling Monday- Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    [strike]Vacuum floors and sofas [/strike]
    Level 2
    [strike]Dusting, even if around everything[/strike] Moved everything - aren't I good!
[strike]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe[/strike]
[strike]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets[/strike][strike]
[/strike][strike]Are there any DVd's/Videos etc you can rehome?[/strike]Mine sorted but DH could do with rehoming more than a few.
    Level 3
[strike]Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!)[/strike] and banister
Clean windows & any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
Tidy shoes, coats and bags .. Are there any that need rehoming?
[strike]Wipe skirtings, doorframes and other paintwork[/strike]
    Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    • Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.
    • [strike]Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself [/strike]
    • Clean a radiator or two.
    • [strike]Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!! [/strike]
    • HHI.. get that mountain gone! Thats one for tonight. Saturdays HHI cleared a lot so I'm hopeful of emptying the basket.
Not bad going for day one. Music channel on tv helped somewhat. School run next then need to do hall and stairs. DH won't believe his eyes when he gets home. See you all later.
