hi, i was fined for not having a tv licence and have had my CRB back all ok....it never even mentioned it

i work in an hr dept in social care so we process dozens of crb checks.
we have had people disclose minor offences like the tv licence one to us-but the crb check came back without including them-we queried this as we thought all offences had to be included-app not if they dont hink its relevant ie parking offences/tv licence etc they dont put them on!!
so a crb may not include everything on someones record if int not relevant-from the crb people themselves-so i think youll be ok
