    Fab card mumoftwo, really lovely!

Did you find any blusher for your Pokemon Rusty???

I haven't done as yet Rainmac. Had a hellish day, been to the beamish museum with my OH, the 2 children my mother and my grandad (in his 80's) My grandad behaved at times like a 3 year old, my mother was a pain in the bum, My 5 year old son decided to have a tantrul which lasted almost 2 hours and the root cause was a sandwich, he was shouting at both me and his dad  I almost lost my rag with him. Only ones who behaved were OH and the youngest one!!! :o

Will have a look tomorrow and try to remember to text MIL and ask her. :)

    Hi Saveapenny!

I posted a couple of days a go saying I was disappointed with my mystery parcels and my craft one was very similar to yours and I had several opened/part used items included in my order. I think I made a mistake as I actually ordered more than one of the mystery boxes as I thought it would be a good thing for a craft beginner! But actually I am still buying bits and pieces for specific projects and think I wasted some of my money!! I did get some really beautiful papers and loads and loads of ribbon but I wouldn't do it again!

I did send an email saying thank you for my order and that it had included some lovely items but I thought they ought to tell people that the orders would include part used/opened/second hand items as I assumed it would all be new and sadly I didn't get a response!

I wouldn't have returned it though as postage would have been costly plus I had already stayed in 1.5 days with the kids and din't want to waste more time at the post office etc etc!

oh well you live and learn and I will just be very cautious in the future! Maybe if I'd ordered one box only it would have been better who knows! I can't tell you exactly what was in waht box as I ordered more than one but the craft ones were not as good as the others I think!

We live and learn I suppose
For the same reason as you I wont be returning the items in the general craft selection it would cost too much
There are some nice papers and ribbons and some good peel offs but when I think what I could have got for £50 its a bit dissapointing

Rusty...I asked about refunding PP and they said if I returned it my order would fall under the £60 so I would also have to pay PP for them sending it out and I was responasble for PP sending it back
Bad customer service if you ask me
But like I said I live and learn
I have spent £142 with then this month I shall go back to my usual site and craft shop from now on they wont get any more of my money and thats not for the bad items in the box, I undersatnd you take a chance with these mystery selections, Its because of bad customer service
I was pleased with my first order even though it took them nearly a week to send it out
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

I agree about the postage and the customer service, mine took 10 days to arrive - which, when the site advertises "courier delivery", is a bit slow!
    My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.

What absolute tosh! that is ridiculous! Very poor customer service, I would have mentioned that you had spent that amount with them and that it was only fair to refund the postage. Still like you said we ive and learn, least you have somewhere else to go back to where you recieve a better service.

It was awful lol ... Still my son promises he WILL behave today ... which I really hope he does as I have to spring clean the whole house for my mum and grandad coming for tea before heading back to the midlands tomorrow. (yes I must be mad!) Pokemon card will also get some attention today as will a get well soon card as last night we found out a friend has been in hospital all week so would like to try and put a small smile on her face. (she is 28 weeks pregnant and having contractions :( there is only an 85% chance with the baby)

I had a trying day with son number one yesterday, he started by running all over the car park at the supermarket and ended it wind himself up in the hoover lead while I was using the hoover with lots of other 'event' in between

Big hugs for your friend, she must be really scared, a handmade card is a lovely idea.
