Oooooohhhhh melissa, fab find!!! :D Have ordered the K&Co box and a pack of transfers - £11 what a bargain (my OH won't see it that way but hey ho!) :rotfl: .

I've started making cards for my card boxes for Xmas presents and this set will give me loads of inspiration to finish those card sets. Thank you, thank you, thank you :T . I saw this K&Co box set on QVC ages ago and a friend bought it when it was Today's Special Value but inc p&p it was still about £45  . I couldn't justify spending that much money even though it is a gorgeous set but now I'll have my own! :D

Still need to find some boxes to put the cards in.

Have a good weekend everyone! :D

LJM, us crafters can be quite crafty can't we! :rotfl: I sort of 'quieten' my OH with my ebay spend by having craft clear outs every now and again and selling things I've bought and not used so I sort of recoup some of my original costs and then use that money to buy new stuff!!! I also sell all clothes & other stuff my DS2 grows out of. Helps keep the house a bit tidier by not having unnecessary stuff around and again makes a bit of £ :D

oooohhhh melissa you are a bad influence. I went just for a look and it fell in my basket along with another couple of bits. oops already spent loads this week. now to convince my o/h that it was an absolute bargain.
Bought some packs of ribbon with six reels in from the craft superstore 24 feet in total per pack 75% off so 1.49 per pack and available in six different colour packs . Well it would have been rude not to buy at this price. nearly fell off my chair when hubby said wow this a bargain when it came. here if anyone would like a look. lol http://www.craftsuperstore.co.uk/Crafts/Ribbons/Ribbon-Collections/sc1180/p2128.aspx

rainmac i thought i saw it on qvc ages ago too. Was it as fab as it looked. hmm if i tell my hubby it was on there he'll deffo think it's a bargain now cos he hates qvc he says it's very expensive and he can't stand dawn bibby so i have to either watch when he's out or sky plus it.

I did some cards for a friend and put them in a decorated shoe box. I also did some for dad and used one of those dvd storage box things from instore

glad to see you back polly

I've just found a bargain, well I think I have. I found this site www.art-of-craft.co.uk and I found this: http://www.art-of-craft.co.uk/acatalog/K_and_Company_Sale.html
Its a k & co storage cabinet " Keep all your crafting needs in one place with this storage cabinet from K & Company. The perfect present for the avid crafter, this box is packed full of everything they could want - 43 cards with envelopes, three pocket cards, 14 sticker sheets, 24 pattern paper sheets, three folded vellum inserts, six printed vellum quotes, 24 mini brads, four buckles, three small metal charms, three ribbons, template with 27 shapes, idea booklet, two transfer sheets, six dividers with tab stickers, two postalettes and four diecut sheets. Comes complete with cabinet "

It costs £10, I've looked at loads of other places, some were selling it for £45, Artymiss had it for £25 but it was out of stock.
They had a few other items in the sale. Another K & co item that I found was a paper pad to make gorgeous paper flowers, everything is included. It costs £4.40, I have seen it elsewhere for £10 - £12.

Another great thing - its free postage until 30 June!! So pleased as I am now addicted to K & co, (I thought you might be tempted Rainmac). The only problem is I forgot to get it delivered to my Mums, so the OH is going to moan about me ordering more stuff - whoops!

I cant see the storage cabinet, wonder if it has sold out and I am too late? Can anyone else find it now

Sorry Cazarol, I had a look but I couldn't find it, so I assume its sold out, I tried checking for it with the item number - but nothing!
LJM - the only trouble with sending stuff to mu mums is she lives far away, so I only see her about once a month, so I have to wait for my stuff. I think I need to have a clear out so that he doesn't moan!
Rainmac - I knew you couldn't resist. It did seem a bargain though when I found it elsewhere for £45. Are the card blanks actually blank or decorated I wonder. It looks so pretty though.
Craftgranny, I'm glad you managed to get it too. Can't wait until mine arrives, I'm hoping I catch the postman and not the OH, I don't think I'll be able to hide it though! That ribbon does sound like a bargain, I'll have to check it out. I haven't seen the storage cabinet before, I hope it lives up to expectations. I don't think QVC is as cheap as it makes out either, especially with the postage added on.
