Hello just wondering if someone would be kind enough to explain how I go about claiming the cashback points that appear on my Halifax credit card. Cant find any way of actually claiming the amount. Apologies if I've missed something glaringly obvious But I suspect they don't want to make it easy. many thanks

This should be explained within the terms and conditions as most companies credit your account after a certain period, month, six months, annually.
If you can't find the information ring their customer services.Previously known as Bokken, registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D0 -
call customer service and ask them.
or go to their website and check.0
