I've just bought a shower from them...absolutely fine, quick delivery.

We have had no problems with the quite a few times we have dealt with them.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

I've used them a couple of times, good service and prices, first time about 4 years age -a Mira shower valve so I knew what I was getting.

A more recent purchase was a 'cheap' shower valve that broke (design fault, not Plumbworld's); it was replaced straight away, but due to the design fault the new one broke too, so money refunded with no problem.

Emails were answered quickly and overall I would certainly use them again if I needed to.

That surprises me as they are one of the few companies out there who contact you several times once you make a purchase to make sure you are satisfied...well they have done this with me.

I never had any problems of any sort but get the impression that if you were to have any they would be one of the better companies at rectifying things

Bought a few things from plumbworld and very pleased with them and their customer service. For large items (they have some lovey sinks at great prices) the delivery to scotland is £99 though!!!
