in Cutting tax
Hi there,
can anyone help me? have checked and my banding is a c whilst everyone round about is a B, Sent in my form and 3 days later an assessor appeared had a look and said i have been mis-banded set thfor the last 10 years. he then tells me that he will go back to his office and set things in motion -taking approx 7-10 days. He will then contact finance office and i will receive a cheque. All good so far!! Next day i receive a letter from assessors office saying that my claim is invalid as i've been in property for more than 6 months and that i have 4 weeks to appeal decision. What is going on and can anyone tell me what i do now...thanks.
