If they want you to pay a deposit you're not getting anything 'free' are you?

  • I think it's a timeshare sales thing; we went on one years ago, for a free weekend, and a free telly at the end of it. Well we got the weekend, and a portable telly, but the amount of high pressure annoyance we got, it wasn't really worth it.

    On a similar topic-

we got a tel call yesterday from a chap who says that we've 'won' a week in Tenerife by registering at Fairexchange.com.

Has anyone ever done this? any advice?

    Thanks

I signed up to Fair exchange ages ago, now after reaching enough points for a book, I can't login says it not recognize the email address when asking for a password reminder, but when I try to sign up it says already in use , Mailed them a few times with no reply.

Seems I'm banned maybe , but they should tell you why???
