Q.1. What should I do if a DCA refuses to accept £1 PO fee for a CCA request and sends it back or uses it to reduce the debt?
Q.2. Original DCA did not reply to CCA request but took £1 fee and reduced debt. Time limit now expired but they have handed it to new DCA who are requesting payment again. Can I refuse by pointing out that original DCA time expired or not?
Q.3. Whether or not you have been paying can you at any time ask for CCA and if not received stop paying?

Please post on the Debt Free board, they have a wealth of knowledge regarding CCA's etc. You will get the answer you are looking for over there.
