I have a peoguot 306 XLD with a pioneer fitted radio. Does a connection allow the stalk on the steering wheel to operate the volume etc.

Depends on the model of the radio.

Check your Pioneer model can be controlled by steering wheel controls.0 -
If you remove the radio you will see the connections at the back.
Check that they are all plugged in correctly, assuming this is what you mean.0
