Thanks for this - I'm about to move into my first house and have just ordered a dining table. I was going to get a hand-me-down or something, but for £50 have got a new one! :j
And yes, I appreciate it's not the finest quality, but for £50, I'm happy to have somewhere to sit and eat etc, if you don't want to buy it, nobody is making you!
Thanks very much OP

Dunelm Mill have nice leather chairs which would go with your table for £129 a pair.0

Thanks, but that won't match the oak entertainment unit or sofas I have, and the home delivery charges from IKEA are expensive, as I recall. I'm happy with the one I've ordered.0 -
Thanks for this managed to get a table I have been wanting for the kids

Thanks, just got myself one of the oak effect entertainment units...
I'm moving into a new place at the end of the month, so it would be nice to have a TV unit, rather than it being balanced on a pile of books as it is at the moment!

Well I would not say everything but is there a furniture outlet anywhere in this country that is not having a permanent sale? Land of Leather, DFS, SCS etc are full of sofas which have been apparantly reduced massively, e.g. rrp = £1200 / sale price =£500.But there are none, as I said on my post I must have missed it. EVERYTHING that is left could not possibly have sold for the full price quoted unless it was by daft people who believe that everything Tesco sells is at a good price,
Oh
I do not believe any of them. I regard their discounted prices as their normal price. If they can get away with this so blatantly, the laws really need tightening up!0 -
Hee...heee...has anyone looked at the small print on the Montana display units?
"Please note that this item consists of the 2 door Display Cabinet, the Sideboard (that it stands on!) is sold separately. Cat no 200-5400."
And what does it say about Cat No 200-5400?
"Sorry, this product has been discontinued."0
