I managed to get a leather sofa, tub chair, side table , dining table and oak tv cabinet for under £400 which seems pretty good to me.:T

But thats just one example. The reduced price sofas are definately a bargain.

Thanks Superdad, didn't realise it was online too.
Midweek we purchased a glass top stereo stand reduced to £4.98, and also the Santa Fe 5 drawer chest which shows as discountinued on Direct @ £54.99, I was charged £13.74 !
This was in the Southampton Homeplus store.

But there are none, as I said on my post I must have missed it. EVERYTHING that is left could not possibly have sold for the full price quoted unless it was by daft people who believe that everything Tesco sells is at a good price, and will defend that principle with strangers on the intermong.

I have been reading these grabbit posts for a while and decided to register so i can post any good finds and thank other posters. The tesco 75% off was a good one for me. I bought a "luxury" leather settee delivered for under £500 including a 3 and two seater. Prior to the final reductions it was originally on sale for a combined cost of £1,400. I make that a big saving.
