i know credit cards have some consumer protection, and debit cards do not (why is that??).
butdoes anyone know what the deal is if a prepaid card purchase goes wrong, and the retailer doesnt play ball?
all my spending has been ok so far, but just wondering..

Hi,
Some cards like the Red88 card (http://www.red88.co.uk) that i have, do offer similar protection, and say that they will attempt to recover your money.
