reclaiming money via CC company store not refunding

not sure if this is the right forum so do move if not
Purchased a wii online with HSBC CC on 11 dec, contacted to say not in stock and would refund the money on to my card ( i wanted i b4 xmas) numerous emails with date to expect refund etc and to date still not had my money back
How do i go about getting it back through card issuer? have kept all email contact with the store just to show them? any advice on how long it will take ? Is HSBC my best route have been nice to the company so far should i send a stinky email giving them 7 days to pay with interest, which i have accrued?

Call the CC and explain you want to claim the money back and the interest. They will send you a form which you fill out and attach your emails to the form as well. They will refund the money plus the interest. Tell the CC you had no luck getting your money back. Should not cost you anything.
