How soon can I relist if bidder not paid

Similar position to other thread, but didn't want to jump into that one!
I sold concert tickets last Sunday (friend got better ones for same night) and the winning bidder hasn't paid yet. I sent a friendly reminder last night, but as yet no response. Bidder is a newbie, only joined in December and has only one other transaction, the day after mine ended and it was a BIN for a couple of pounds.
I know I can't do anything until Monday if they still haven't contacted or paid, but if I have to raise a dispute how long till I can relist? The concert is in two weeks.

iirc buyers are given a minimum of 7 days0

You can open the dispute on day 7 but can't close it until either the buyer responds or 8 days after it was opened.
However, if you don't mind losing the relist credit you can open the nPB as soon as you are able and add a note to say that the tickets ar eno longer available for that buyer to purchase. That way you can guarantee your FVFs back but you are of course still open to a neg if buyer considers that you have been a bit hasty.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for clarifying that for me, ebay can be quite hard to fathom sometimes.
TBH, my instincts are telling me that the buyer isn't going to pay up.0
