I have just checked my feb statement for Capital One and I have an annual charge of £18 there. Have they changed there terms and I havent noticed?
I know they used to charge me a few years back but then we had a disagreement about something and they said they would cancel future annual charges. typical the email they sent has gone missing, i think it was on there system since they changed there site I cant find it.
Any advice?
thanks
