If you dont mind paying a standing charge then continue with it, however I would make sure the tariff is adjusted because it could be on a debt repayment rate thats rediculous from the previous tennant. Please support my thanks button if I have been of any help

Is SP your supplier? The previous tenant may have moved to someone else.
SP will make you pay the difference if the meter is set wrong, so whoever it is, it is porbably worth getting a newer meter in.
Why not DD? These plans are definately cheaper than PP or 1/4ly bill. You can also get better deals by managing your account online. You then can monitor and make sure they only base the amount on how much you are using.
If you change from PP, make sure you always challange an estimated read.0
