Echeque and unconfirmed address

Hi
I wonder if someone can help. I have recently sold 4 concert tickets on ebay (below face value but still over £100). The buyer has paid by echeque and I'm waiting for it to clear.
However, the buyer's address is unconfirmed. Now normally, I wouldn't send to an unconfirmed address if the payment had cleared immediately in case they'd used a credit card that didn't belong to them, etc. but, as they've paid by echeque, does that mean the payment will come directly out of the bank account and I would be OK sending to the address even though it's unconfirmed?
Apologies, I haven't sold much on ebay before. I didn't even want to sell the tickets to be honest but needs must due to impending bills in March!
Thanks
Ann

To stop a paypal chargeback you need to prove delivery to a confirmed paypal address, so no you would not be covered.
There is a check list on the sticky thread 'useful links' post 16 that shows the paypal seller protection criteria.
An echeque just means that you can be sure you are not going to get a fraudulent use of card claim a few months down the line.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I did mean to suggest that the info supplied by TK Peters was in any way incorrect or lacking, however, paypal actually changed their help pages to make it clearer what is required to have full seller protection and I thought that as we get several questions a week on this it would be useful to post up the new simplified check list.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
