You could buy £94.00 stamps near Xmas, get your free £6.00, and spend them immediately on £100 worth of Xmas food-remembering the BOGOF's, and also as you said, purchase the stamps with the cash-back card.

That would be ???% of interest earnt in a few hours. Sorry maths not my strong point!

I think most kwik Save's will be turned into Somerfields in the next year or so.

Thats better than Asda which i usually buy.

Has anyone had any comments about buying so many stamps in one go? I usually spread mine through the year missing out on interest I know but Im aiming for 4 full cards for this year. £150 on each £6 of which is free.
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60

You need to buy over the year to get some bonus pounds.I worked out at one time but cannot remember the figures that the bonus pounds they give is far far better than say putting same amount away each week in a savings account.
  • I DO save over the year and am on my way to having 3 filled!!

Planning to have four filled by the time xmas comes if all goes to plan netting me £24 free shopping......not a fortune I know but £600 quid to spend in asda over xmas will make the xmas fund go a dam site further!! :o
