Dairy and egg free desserts...

Here's a challenge for you all! I'm having some friends over for dinner tomorrow and one of them is dairy and chicken egg intollerant...
I have decided on spanish style starters like olives, choritzo, sundried toms, rocket salad and mozzerella for the dairy tolerant...
Dinner is fajitas w/salad - sour cream for the dairy tolerants.
Pudding is eluding me... Can't do apple pie - pastry contains butter. Nothing wit icecream as has cream... MIGHT resort to sorbet... but not very OS (and no I'm NOT making HM sorbet sorry
)
So any ideas? Pleeeeease?

Jus-Rol puff pastry has no dairy or eggs, so maybe you could do apple turnovers or something?
There is an excellent dairy-free ice cream called Swedish Glace, which you can buy from health shops (including Holland & Barrett) and also at Waitrose.

You can make chocolate mousse with avocados instead of eggs. Waitrose online has a recipe.
I also like Rose Elliot's vegan chocolate cake but I can't find the recipe right now sorry. It is splendid though.0 -
Mum is vegan so no dairy. That "Pure" marg is non-dairy so can be used for pastry (hobnobs) etc.0

Fruit salad made with fresh pineapple, mango, grapes and melon -or whatever fruit you like. I don't bother with a sugar syrup.0
