Paying mortgage with credit card to get cashback?

I've just received my new american express platinum moneyback card and would like to know if there is a way to make the most of the money back feature. I doubt my mortgage company will let me make an overpayment with a cc but is there a bank that will let me fund a regular saver with my card?
My other plan is to paypal myself the money charged to my cc and withdraw it to my bank account but it seems a little risky.
Anyone have any ideas?

regarding the paypal idea, i think paypal charge a 4% fee so surely that would negate the benefit of the cashback?0
