Hi,
Buying first house. I plan to live in and rent out one or two rooms within
Dundee area. My parents will act as guarntors for the property.
What are the best places to do this whole thing from the legal side, paper work and so on.

Best place to do paperwork is on a desk
No seriously, speak to your solicitor. Once you've settled into your house you can either use a letting agent or do it yourself with a template AST contract (you can get them from Rymans, Office World etc).
One thing I will say is make sure your mortgage company are happy with what you're doing. You'll probably have to pay them some cash for their permission, if they will even give it to you at all.
