Sky TV, Broadband & Phone order/install query

I'm about to move to a new flat from the 12th March. I ordered my BT line today and have received my phone number and organised for the engineers to do their thing on March 13th (PM).

My query is when can I order the Sky combo package?

Currently the web site doesn't recognise my new phone number...

We are unable to offer Sky Talk, as BTs database registers this telephone number as disconnected. You will need an active BT phone line in order to get Sky Talk.

Does this mean I have to wait until the 13th March until I can order Sky?

I've heard I have to wait 5 working days after the line is installed before I can have Sky installed. Is this correct?

Ideally I want to be able to order Sky ASAP, so that I can try and arrange for it to be installed around March 14th (before I start a new job). Can this be done?
