Faster BACS transfers from May?

An item on "Working Lunch" today said that BACS transfers would only take one day from May. I only caught the end of it so may have got it wrong. Did anyone see it?

No - but it was meant to be in last Nov and then deferred to May. Now looks to be going ahead 27th May. Latest thread :-
