Wanring BT playing games...

Hi All,
I signed up to Primus the other day, then BT called me to discuss and i said that i was moving tho Primus and staying on option 1 with BT. This was all abou the middle of February...
Yesterday i recieved a letter dated 15th Feb, telling me i had signed up to BT option 2 on a 12 month contract and had 7 days from the date of the letter to cancel!!!
How wrong is this!!!
