  • Hi I did the lip glaze thing today and it worked fine.
    Eye shadow £2.79
    Eye shadow £2.79
    Lip Glaze £3.79

It took off £2.79 for the cheapest item.
Then took £3.79 off for the lip glaze!

Thanks to who ever found this out, my DD's will be sooo happy!

Does anyone actually use their free No7 highlighters? I only got one to see what it was like and it doesn't do anything to my face except make it look a tiny bit sparkly and I'm a bit old for that :rotfl: I know most people got them to make up the £20 purchase to get the free GWP but it seems an awful waste if they're not getting used, between us there are nearly 500! Next time a glitch like this happens we should "buy" our highlighter or whatever, get our free GWP and then quietly slip the highlighter back for another Bootser to buy(a bit like reverse shoplifting :p ). That way there'd be stock for everyone to buy, Boots would still make a profit and we'd get our GWP. There'd be some very confused people at Boots head office though-"Well we started of with 500 highlighters in stock, sold 500 and still got 500 left!? How did that happen?" :rotfl:
Yep i use both of mine, i like them but would never pay £10.25 for one:eek: £1 per item of make up is the max for me!:o

Have tried this 3 times with soap -
2 SA's have refused to put it through icon8.gif and the other SA only put it through because I'd bought loads of things (and she was a manager).
One SA said 'it has to be used with the item pictured' (hair loss stuff). Am going to give it up as a bad job ! icon9.gif

I tried with the half price baby expert coupon on some baby wipes and was told that it had to be on baby skin care, what are wipes then? not for babys skin? lol

Plenty of new mags in Woodfields Bury babe, they have Accessorize hatboxes by the dozen there @ £4.50 too! Oh and S&G bags, and John frieda, i have a steadily growing collection of both now! lol.

I got a Ted Baker £9 bag today from there too, they really are lovely! I swapped a blue S&G item for it as tbh i'm not a huge fan of the blue, only like the pink range... so in the end i got to keep my 400 S&G glitch points and got the bag instead :D:D:D much better money well spent as it's like getting points towards the TB bag! chuffed!

well done that was good thinking - a bag and points towards it:D

I used to collect points until I had enough for perfume, then I discovered online perfume prices..........I got a digital camera for my daughter's birthday, and then started insane hoarding.

I don't have a Clinique counter in my Boots, so my plan is to use the points this year on occasional Clinique treats.

I resemble that remark! :D  Probably loads more of us too! :D

think someone asked a couple of pages back about the 17 old GWP, in my local boots (middlesbrough) they are giving away the old GWP lip palette free with Mineral foundation so i got
    Lip Palette - free
Lip Glaze - free with voucher from mag
lipstick - free (on the 342 offer)
    Mineral foundation £5.99 ....yeah!!

actually i haven't used 17 make up before and i have to say i am really impressed with the mineral foundation :T
