Ruby, have a word with them. It happened to me yesterday and it had to be done manually.

Unlike the Sanctuary vouchers, which I know for definite should have worked, but the same SA wouldn't them deduct manually - which meant trailing across the town to find a SA that would.

Spent £5 on S&G, got 400 points, but no free gift bags in Staines. Still a good deal though because I got the £2 haircare voucher, which I really needed.

has been they marked @ £4.50 on the shelf? still dont know go to boots or dont go:cool: anyone been to Fishergare, Preston?

Does anyone actually use their free No7 highlighters? I only got one to see what it was like and it doesn't do anything to my face except make it look a tiny bit sparkly and I'm a bit old for that :rotfl: I know most people got them to make up the £20 purchase to get the free GWP but it seems an awful waste if they're not getting used, between us there are nearly 500! Next time a glitch like this happens we should "buy" our highlighter or whatever, get our free GWP and then quietly slip the highlighter back for another Bootser to buy(a bit like reverse shoplifting ). That way there'd be stock for everyone to buy, Boots would still make a profit and we'd get our GWP. There'd be some very confused people at Boots head office though-"Well we started of with 500 highlighters in stock, sold 500 and still got 500 left!? How did that happen?" :rotfl:

I dreamt all the Sanctuary stuff was on Bogof, but if you put the current GWP through as well it took £10 off your total per item, not onto it. So I got the last five, along with a couple of sackfuls of Sanctuary and paid £0.00. However, I DID get a Sanctuary GWP yesterday. The SA wouldn't let me use the £3 voucher - gave me the choice, either the GWP or the voucher.... No contest really, but to add insult to injury, when I got it home, there was no voucher inside (it was sealed with a security tag through the ribbon, so it wasn't as if someone had had it away!)

I'm not impressed with it much either - I don't think there is any difference at all. If I use the illum lotion there is a definite brightening but not with the powder.

Mmm - maybe they knew that before they offered it as free.
