Hi I tried this at the weekend and the till beeped. SA said voucher could only be used against Expert Hair Loss.

    Sorry not much help.

Beeped for me too today, SA couldn't understand why but neither did she offer to put points on manually.

Never mind did well - got 3 x S&G £5 items with 400points each and 3 bags (planning to use as 'bags for life' too!) and got John Frieda Colour Glaze £4.99 after using £2 hair voucher, it had a 100% refund offer on which was out of date so rang CS and 500points onto card!:j

well done you I thought I did well getting them free with the £2 voucher because they were reduced but reduced & full refund in points is worth a gold star in my book:rotfl:

just reread this post and I hope it didnt come across as sarky as I truly meant well done you :)

just got back from Arnison Centre. Loads of hat boxes at £4.50. didn't see any S&G sets but didn't have long to look round so may have been further at the back. didn't see any TB bags either.
I also got 2 JF hair care (the tiny ones) - they had loads, Boots in the market place were out of stock yesterday. The SA said I'm sorry you can't use that on minis I said could you please try for me. when it worked she said oh I think I'll get one of those later:D

I think I remember someone else posting about itchy eyes with the same mascara. Don't know if you'll be able to complain with it being a freebie but they should be told especially if a few people have reacted, it's meant to be hypoallergenic! I've not used mine yet, don't think I'll bother now. Let us know what happens if you do complain.
